We offer many options that can be added to enhance your basic telephone service.
Voice Mail
Voice mail responds to your calls when you are unable to answer your phone or when you are currently on the line. It invites callers to leave a message, then records the message and stores it in your voice mail box. Callers may leave a message at anytime, even several callers at once.
Call Forwarding
Call Forwarding allows you to redirect calls to another telephone number.
TO ACTIVATE CALL FORWARDING
- Press * 7 2 and wait 4 seconds for dial tone.
- Dial the number you would like to forward calls to, and wait 4 seconds for 2 bursts of dial tone.
- To notify parties at the call forwarding number that you have set your calls to go there, wait another 4 seconds and the call will be placed.
TO DEACTIVATE CALL FORWARDING
- Press * 7 3 and wait 4 seconds for 2 bursts of dial tone, and hang up. Until you deactivate Call Forwarding you can make outgoing calls but cannot answer incoming calls.
- If calls are forwarded to a number outside your local calling area you will be billed for consequent toll charges.
Caller ID
Caller ID lets you see the calling party’s phone number before you answer the call. A special display device is required to view the calling number
Anonymous Call Screening
Screens private & unidentified calls by playing a recording stating the party they are calling does not accept telephone solicitations and ask solicitors to hang up & place the number on their do-not-call list. Legitimate callers may press 1 to complete the call connection.

Selective Call Acceptance
Allows you to screen incoming calls by creating a list of phone numbers from which you are willing to accept calls. Calls from phone numbers not contained on your list are sent to an announcement that informs the caller you are not receiving calls at this time.

Toll Control with PIN
This option allows you to prevent long distance calls from being made from your telephone line. A default PIN is entered automatically and can be changed by entering a special code and following the prompts. A special access code and the PIN must be dialed to complete a long distance call. Incoming and local calls are not affected.

30 # Speed Calling
Speed Calling allows you to call selected telephone numbers quickly by dialing an assigned code.
TO USE SPEED DIALING:
To program a one digit code dial *74 or for a two digit code dial *75. Wait four seconds for a dial tone. Dial the code number you wish to use. Then dial the phone number to be stored under the code number you have selected. Wait four seconds for two bursts of dial tone to confirm programming. Hang Up. Repeat for each new number to be stored.
Automatic Recall/Last Call Return
Call Return allows you to dial a code to have a call automatically returned to the last party who called or attempted to call you. Ends the annoyance of missed calls.

Call Waiting
Call Waiting alerts you with a beep during a telephone conversation that another call is waiting to be answered. You can answer the incoming call privately without losing the current call and you can alternate between calls.
TO USE CALL WAITING
- When notified of an incoming call by an alert tone, depress and release the hook switch or press FLASH to place your current call on hold and connect to the other calling party.
- To alternate between calling parties, depress and release the hook switch or press FLASH.
TO CANCEL CALL WAITING TEMPORARILY
- Press * 7 0 before dialing your call
- Call Waiting will automatically be restored when you complete the call.
Three-Way Calling
Three-Way calling allows you to add a third party to an existing telephone conversation. You may privately converse with the third party as long as you wish before pressing the switch hook to establish a three-way call. If the third party’s line is busy or there is no answer, depress the switch hook twice to reconnect the first call. After a 3-way call is established, you may depress the switch hook to drop the third party at any time.
TO USE THREE-WAY CALLING
Connect with first party, press hook switch or press Flash , dial third party, after answer, again depress the hook switch or press Flash.
Caller ID Deluxe
Caller ID Deluxe displays both the name and number of the calling party.
Call Screening/Selective Call Rejection
Create a list of phone numbers from which you do not wish to receive calls. Calls from phone numbers on your list are sent to an announcement that informs the caller that you are not receiving calls at this time.

Priority Ringing
Program your telephone line to ring with a special ringing pattern whenever you are called from a select list of phone numbers. Your phone will ring with a normal ringing pattern for all other calls. If you have Call Waiting, a distinctive Call Waiting tone will be heard when someone on your list calls.
8 # Speed Calling
Speed Calling allows you to call selected telephone numbers quickly by dialing an assigned code.
Automatic Callback/Repeat Dialing/Continuous Redial
Allows you to dial a code to have your phone continuously attempt to redial a busy number you tried to call. When the line is free, you will be alerted with a special ringing, and the call will automatically be made. No more re-dialing busy numbers!
