***Phishing Alert***
Over the last couple of days there has been a phishing scam circulating stating email communications should be directed to dunning-notification@prtel.com and that account profiles have been changed. Please do not reply to the email or click on the link to sign in or update your profile. Park Region would not modify or upgrade servers without notifying customers beforehand. Again, this is a scam.
Due to the State of Minnesota Mask Mandate:
Effective Monday, July 27, all customers must be wearing a mask upon entry to our business. Thank you for your cooperation.
Beginning June 1st, Park Region and Otter Tail Telcom will be reopening our retail centers with new hours and limitations.
Please check back in the coming days for updates.
